Berggasthaus Marmorbruch is a mountain inn at Grindelwald, in the Bernese Oberland. There is a garage for bikes and route descriptions for the area. Grindelwald sits at the end of its valley, so every ride starts back down towards Interlaken. From there the Grimsel and Susten passes are reached via Meiringen, and the Brünig road leads on towards Lucerne. The road over the Grosse Scheidegg to Meiringen is closed to private motor traffic, so plan your loops around it. Book ahead in summer, when Grindelwald is busy with visitors.
